MY Workforce Solutions aims to “Connect” clients that are natural partners in developing workforce, spanning from businesses, educational institutions, workforce development boards and others. MY Workforce Solutions offers clients consulting services that protect, strengthen and retain their workforce including Strategic Partnerships, Job Training, Marketing & Communications, Diversity & Inclusion, and Safety & Compliance. Services are data-driven and offered in English and Spanish.

Strategic Partnerships

· Identify Partners: Business, Education, Workforce Development Boards.

· Connect Partners: Initiate and facilitate contact and meetings.

· Business interface: Assess workforce needs, training needs, jobs available, skills needed, existing training resources, sites and timeline. 

· College Interface: Identify strategic business partners, program and faculty. Work with the dean and faculty to develop a proposal with outcomes, budget, timeline, contract, and funding process. identification of skills and certification(s), customization of curriculum, learning outcomes and contract.

·Workforce Development Boards (WDB): Identify strategic business partners, board goals, data, budget, timeline, and WIOA (I-Train) and other funding.

Job Training

· Assess training needs: Coordinate industry tours for faculty to assess needs and resources at the business site for possible on-the-job training. 

· Assess College program: Coordinate college tours for businesses to assess the strength of college programs and faculty capabilities.    

· Interface with the Workforce Development Board (WDB): Identify and leverage funding for the training and align with other regional training goals.     

· Set training objectives: Work with all partners to identify the objectives for the training program and benefits to all other stakeholders in the region.  

· Support faculty: Communication, curriculum, budget, coordination, and logistics. Training can include embedded certifications, such as OSHA.  

· Support Dean: Identify funding source (Contract Education, I-Train, WIOA), contract development, serve as an intermediary between the partners.  

· Manage and support the job training program from start to finish.

· Support graduation and assist with vetting and job placement for completers. 

· Identify and recruit other employers as partners to scale on-going training.

Marketing & Communications

· Public relations: Out of the box strategies to manage crisis, messages and build partnerships with targeted communities.   

· Media relations: Representation and/or development of culturally relevant messages for mainstream or ethnic media outlets.

· Multicultural marketing: Ensure that marketing messages and materials are culturally sensitive, relevant, and effective.

· Public engagement: Engage, survey, and understand the needs of diverse communities.  

· Training: (In-person or remote) To promote business development, community development, women empowerment, professional development, and education.

· Conduct assessment of workforce composition and their skills.   

· Lead an organization to the understanding of the root cause of disparities.

· Mold communication of plan to promote diversity, equity and inclusion.

· Promote diversity, equity & inclusion within training and hiring practices.

· Promote diversity, equity & inclusion when workers upskill and move up.

· Promote diversity, equity & inclusion within distribution of resources.

Covid-19 Workspace Preparedness 

· Site specific Covid-19 Contingency and Mitigation Plan - complying with SB 685.

· Investigate positive cases and contact tracing.

· Monitor and communicate status of positive cases with client.  

· Implementation of Covid-19 questionnaire.

· Coordinate Covid-19 testing on site. 

· Osha reporting - logs and notifying osha of work-related cases

· Notifying workers comp insurance carrier of positive cases.

· Assist onsite personnel with Covid-19 training, inspections, implementation, and enforcement.

· Identify appropriate data for organizational priorities.
